LEADERSHIP

2012–2024 Founder and Director of Saddleback Visual Arts, a ministry at the central location of Saddleback Church (a 30,000-member global congregation) dedicated to empowering artists to transforming community through creativity.

  • Led hundreds of artists each year to gather, grow, and give with their creativity. 
  • delivered hundreds of talks to show creatives their value and send them to make a difference
  • acted as the visionary leader for the ministry
  • wrote original curriculum and taught classes
  • led teams to create dozens of large-scale community art pieces that engaged thousands 
  • managed the strategy and spending of an annual budget
  • a leader of leaders, empowering dozens of teams to lead multiple simultaneous initiatives 
  • managed an active studio space that gave hundreds of artists space to collaborate, learn, and create.
