SOCKS – During the course of the exhibit, Sojourn will be collecting socks to be distributed to the homeless through Jefferson Street Baptist Center. New, adult-size only please. Bring them to the opening reception on January 17th, or drop them off any Sunday through February 23.
PORTRAIT DRAWING WORKSHOP – Also, while Jason Leith is in town, he’ll be leading a portrait drawing workshop at
artists and portrait subjects. Sojourn will provide all the supplies. If you plan on coming, let them know by sending Jefferson Street Baptist Center (733 E. Jefferson St.) on Saturday January 18, 9:00 – 11:00 a.m. Come learn how to draw the human face and how to use portrait drawing as a practice of compassion. Together with Jeff St. residents, we’ll take turns as
